Lesson 6: “IT’S NOT FAIR!”
Every day we face trials and temptations. Some days, we face situations that are way beyond anything we have ever faced. Sometimes, we face trouble even when we have done nothing wrong. In those moments, we must rely on the godly character that has been built in our lives over time.
In our lesson, we learned that Daniel faced some major trouble. He couldn't begin building character at that moment -- he had to rely on the character that had already been built. It is the same for us, as Christians. We must make the hard choices in our lives today so we can endure the trouble of tomorrow.
At home, talk with your kids about what you do to build godly character.
