Lead Pastor - Paul & Sara Rose
For the past 20 years, Pastor Paul and Sara have been serving in pastoral ministry with a deep love for Jesus and a passion for helping people grow in their faith.
They’ve been married for 20 years and have four children Gavin, Avari, Jonah, Emily. Family is an important part of their life and enjoy spending quality time with them whenever possible. Outside of ministry, they love spending time outdoors: going for walks, sitting around the fire, or being on the lake.
Pastor Paul is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and earned a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Trinity Bible College. His greatest passion is to see lives transformed by the power of the Gospel. He believes that as people grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus, they become equipped to love, serve, and impact those around them. His vision is to raise up fully mature followers of Jesus who will bring the hope of Christ into their families, workplaces, neighborhoods, and ultimately transform their community.
Kids Pastors - Jonathan & Becky Legatt
Pastor Jonathan and Pastor Becky have been the Children’s Pastors at sRfc since April of 2014. They have a passion to see children grow in their walk with the Lord and experience His presence. Jonathan earned a bachelor’s degree in church ministry from Southwestern Assembly of God University in Waxahachie, TX. Becky earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from McMurry University, in Abilene, TX. Both Jonathan and Becky hold their credentials through Global Apostolic Alliance. They both enjoy camping, riding biking, and spending time with their eight kids and four grandchildren.
Youth Director - Prince Kevin Wallace
Prince Kevin Wallace is a passionate youth leader who loves helping students encounter the real, life-changing love of Jesus. Since Prince started attending Solid Rock Family Church in 2023, he’s been all about building a community where young people can grow in faith, find their purpose, and make a difference together. Prince joined the Solid Rock Team as the Youth Director in 2025. He’s known for his heart for prayer, his love for adventure, and his ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Whether he’s traveling, exploring the outdoors, or just hanging out over good food and conversation, Prince brings energy, creativity, and genuine care to everything he does. His goal is simple—to see a generation rise up that’s bold in faith and rooted in God’s presence.
Worship Director / Operations Manager - Kevin Conrad
Kevin has been a part of Solid Rock Family Church since 2011. What started as a passion for sound, tech, and worship quickly became a calling to help create spaces where people can encounter God’s love. From playing bass and keyboards to managing the sound booth and leading worship, Kevin has worn many hats with a heart to serve. In 2024, Kevin joined the sRfc staff as an Operations Manager, helping oversee facility maintenance, technology, and creative arts. In early 2025, he stepped into the role of Worship Director. He is passionate about leading others into the presence of God and helping people encounter the love of Jesus through authentic, Spirit-led worship. Kevin and his wife, Allison, love spending time with their three kids—Carley, Colin, and Ethan. They enjoy hunting & fishing, all things Star Wars, and relaxing together around a bonfire.
Office Manager - Kristin McClean
Kristin has been a part of Solid Rock Family Church since 2014. She joined the sRfc staff in late 2024 as Office Manager, where she faithfully handles a wide range of the behind-the-scenes responsibilities that help the church run smoothly. Kristin has a heart for serving the Lord and the church body through her strong organizational and administrative gifts. Her strengths in communication, operational integrity, and creating structured processes have been a true blessing to the daily life of Solid Rock. Outside of her role, Kristin enjoys reading, studying God’s Word, playing board games, and spending time outdoors with her husband, Robert, and daughter, Addison.
